Restricted: These teachings are restricted to anyone who either attended the teachings at Tashi Choling in 2019 OR who has received the Dudjom Tersar Putri Reg Pung Vajrakilaya empowerment (or another Vajrakilaya empowerment) from Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche or another qualified lama. Best, but not strictly required, if you have received the lung for the Putri Reg Pung sadhana from a qualified lama.
